Selective Advisory Engagements
CypressCX Consulting reflects a limited set of executive advisory and interim leadership engagements undertaken during a transition between enterprise leadership roles. These engagements were selective in scope and focused on helping organizations stabilize operations, improve performance discipline, and align customer experience initiatives with operational realities.
This work focused on stabilizing and improving customer experience and contact center operations during periods of organizational change; assessing current-state performance and identifying pragmatic opportunities for improvement across people, process, and governance; supporting leadership teams in strengthening operating models, accountability, and execution discipline; and advising on customer operations integration following mergers, acquisitions, or structural change.
These engagements reinforced a strong preference for leading from inside organizations, owning outcomes, and driving durable improvement as a full-time executive leader rather than operating in an advisory-only capacity.
